CONTENT /METHOD

• Focused in a specific theme  each class, get fully explained essential TANGO TECHNIQUE CONCEPTS, and train them in different movements/sequences.

• Learn HOW TO APPLY PRACTICALLY  TECHNIQUE CONCEPTS in real dance situations, TO DEVELOP YOUR DANCE
• Get every class concepts of Body dynamic, movements Technique, use of the space, improvement of movements efficiency through appropriate use of the energy and breathing, essential musical interpretation connected with the theme on focus.  
• Balance, pivot, dissociation, body alignment, body weight management, coordination, synchronization, energy and speed management, patterns,  among many other themes, will be the focus of this and coming courses.

CONTENTS

• Essential concepts of LEADING/ FOLLOWING and adaptation of the EMBRACE to communicate with different partners in different roles.
•  CONNECTION WITH THE PARTNER, that will allow us to exchange roles easily.
• Displacements, all options combining eight back and forward, basic giros and basic sacadas and all possible combinations among them,  will be our starting point.  
• All classes include own Technique and Technique for couple, musical interpretation (own and couple)  and use of the space. 

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• We exchange role permanently in order to familiarize with leading/following, giving/receiving signals, participation of both dancers in the use of the space and music interpretation.  
• We learn and train both roles for each movement/ sequence. We will change partners.
• Basic movements will be summarize to build up some simple sequences.

COURSES FEE

• Course ( 5 hours classes + 2 times teacher guided Practica ): 600 kr
• 2 courses ( 10 hours classes+ 4 times teacher guided Practica): 1000 kr.
• 3 courses (15 hours classes + 5 times teacher guided Practica) : 1500 kr
• Single class fee at any course: 130 kr. 

GOOD TO KNOW!

• Swedish/ English/ Spanish spoken
• Register alone or in couple.
• You do not have a partner? We help you to find a suitable partner.
• Combining courses, besides getting a better time fee, and more hours free training, you can dance different role in each course.

LA T PRACTICA ON WEDNESDAY IS BACK!

We welcome you to our intensive 5 classes courses, TANGO TECHNIQUE and TANGO DOUBLE ROLE, to explore new possibilities in your dance, open to all levels, and a cozy PRACTICA where new orchestras and some alternative music will be added to our best traditional tango selection.

COURSES/ CLASSES & PRACTICA FEE

• Course ( 5 hours classes + 2 hours teacher guided Practica ): 600 kr

• PRACTICA: 40 kr La T members, 60 kr non-members
• 1 CLASS + PRACTICA: 160 kr
• WEDNESDAY PACK 2 CLASSES + PRACTICA: 250 kr
  
• Summer season membership at LA T: 80 kr. 
• Membership gives you discounted fee at Tuesdays classes and Milonga, and discounted fee at Wednesday Practica.
