Swedish argentinean Orquesta Tangarte meets this time 2 talented finish female musicians/singer.  Maria Kalaniemi (accordion/ singer) and Marianne Maans ( violin )

Orquesta Tangarte continues to explore the points of contact between Finnish and Argentine tango, between folk music and tango.

After the concert, we invite you to dance in the Palladium's beautiful foyer with DJ Marcela Troncoso.

This evening is arranged by: Mix Musik, Klubb Baires and  Musik i Syd

Starting on  wednesday 9th August, and during five days, you may enjoy at Eksjö Kammarmusikfestival the best of Chamber music, performed by 40 musician, and also ... a tango night!

Welcome on friday 11th to an unique TANGO experience!

On 11th August, the night starts with a try to tango class, 17.45 - 18.30, with the teachers Marcela Troncoso & Ruben Marin.
Afterwards you may enjoy the concert of Tipica Tangarte, swedish-argentinean tango orchestra, with the performance of Marcela & Ruben. And later on you may dance at the milonga with live music and Dj.

The venue was a fully crowded Konserthuset (Concert Hall) in Västerås, with around 900 persons in the public, and direct transmision by swedish radio.

It was a short but extremely intensive performance.

It was a great experience to share scen, and travell together again with Orquesta Tangarte, as I did before so many times  to Spain, France, Germany, Yugoslavia, Chile, Argentina,  Denmark, Finland, and all Sweden.
