• Course ( 5 hours classes + 2 hours teacher guided Practica ): 600 kr

• Single class fee at any course: 130 kr. 
• 2 classes: 230 kr
• PRACTICA: 40 kr La T members, 40 kr non-members
• 1 CLASS + PRACTICA: 160 kr
• WEDNESDAY PACK 2 CLASSES + PRACTICA: 250 kr
  
• Summer season membership at LA T: 70 kr. 
• Membership gives you discounted fee at Tuesdays classes and Milonga, and discounted fee at Wednesday Practica.

for ALL LEVEL tango dancers 

at  LA  T  TANGO  Malmö!

SCHEDULE

• 5 CLASSES intensive course
• WEDNESDAYS 19.00 - 20.00
• 16 - 23 - 30 October, 6 - 13 November.

• You may participate at single classes (Read bellow)

CONTENTS

• Essential concepts of LEADING/ FOLLOWING and adaptation of the EMBRACE to communicate with different partners in different roles.
•  CONNECTION WITH THE PARTNER, that will allow us to exchange roles easily.
• Displacements, all options combining eight back and forward, basic giros and basic sacadas and all possible combinations among them,  will be our starting point.  
• All classes include own Technique and Technique for couple, musical interpretation (own and couple)  and use of the space. 

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• We exchange role permanently in order to familiarize with leading/following, giving/receiving signals, participation of both dancers in the use of the space and music interpretation.  
• We learn and train both roles for each movement/ sequence. We will change partners.
• Basic movements will be summarize to build up some simple sequences.
• Get personalized guidance depending on your needs/ level/ requirements
• By participating in the course, get 2  free entrances to train/ dance at the Wednesday Practica during the course weeks.  

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum tango knowledge/ experience in the dance floor needed.
• You do not need to attend with own partner.

CONTENT /METHOD

• Focussed in a specific theme  each class, get fully explained essential TANGO TECHNIQUE CONCEPTS, and train them in different movements/sequences.
• Concepts / movements from several other disciplines (ballet, jazz, pilates, yoga, etc. ) will help you to improve your Tango dance.
• Learn HOW TO APPLY PRACTICALLY  TECHNIQUE CONCEPTS in real dance situations, TO DEVELOP YOUR DANCE
• Get every class concepts of Body dynamic, movements Technique, use of the space, improvement of movements efficiency through appropriate use of the energy and breathing, essential musical interpretation connected with the theme on focus.  
• Balance, pivot, dissociation, body alignment, body weight management, coordination, synchronization, energy and speed management, patterns,  among many other themes, will be the focus of this and coming courses. 

WHAT TO EXPECT?

• Every participant in this group class will train alone, following  own tempo
• You train in front of the mirror, in small group, guided by the teacher
• Get personalized guidance depending on your needs/ level/ requirements
• Get personalized advice and home training exercises to deepen the concepts
• By participating in the course, get 2  free entrances to train/ dance at the Wednesday Practica during the course weeks.  

REQUIREMENTS

• Stretching clothes /sportive clothes
• Flat shoes /socks to train without shoes
• Tango shoes if you want.
• Please, let us know about any health situation, specially those affecting body mobility temporarily or in long term, before starting the course/ class.
