Meet your friends, enjoy and dance with our best  favorite songs, all of them among the most selected repertoire of the tango history!

........ thematic: 6 classes about Technique, musicality, conecction, flow in the dance floor, basic rules of combinations in sequences, basic knowledge about styles.

Welcome to TANGO!

BEGINNERS LEVEL I-II, INTENSIVE TANGO COURSE 
  ----- to learn FAST, in an EASY and FUN way in a FRIENDLY environment.

WELCOME:
- You, complete beginner who want to learn from scratch
- You who want to repeat the basics of tango
- You, the follower who wants to learn leader role
- You, the leader who wants to learn follower role

 

Classes are held in Swedish, but english / spanish translation is available...

Welcome to La T, tuesday´s milonga in Malmö!
A place for tango and friendship...
  This tuesday 30th June , last edition of the season we'll have a very special night with " LA MILONGA DE LOS FAVORITOS DE LA T" with all our favorites songs...

Before milonga, we´ll enjoy a dinner together in the way of the traditional swedish "KNYTKALAS".

If you want to join us for dinner before milonga, just bring with you something to eat to share, and something to drink. We provide disposable plates and cutlery.

TANGO TECHNIQUE class for MEN and WOMEN, TO ALL LEVELS at LA T MILONGA in Malmö on 19 May

WARMLY WELCOME EVERYBODY to this SPECIAL CLASS ABOUT TANGO TECHNIQUE FOR IMPROVING YOUR TANGO PERFORMANCE !

In this serie of classes we are going to combine exercises from different dances/disciplines to get a better understanding of the movements and how the body needs adapt to different situations in the dance.

 

The conexion with the dance partner, the use of the space and the interpretation of the music will be considered as well, as main lines in the developing of your performance

 This first class will be dedicated to AXIS.

We will focus in all the lines of the body, how they cooperate in an efficient movement, how / when/ why they change.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE & PILATES for Tango dancers at LA T MILONGA in Malmö on tuesday 12 MAY

WARMLY WELCOME EVERYBODY TO THIS SPECIAL CLASS FOR IMPROVING YOUR TANGO PERFORMANCE WITH THE TALENTED TEACHER AND DANCER FROM ARGENTINA NIDIA MARTINEZ BARBIERI !

In this class we are going to combine exercises from Contemporary Dance techniques together with Pilates. 

 As goals we are going to experience:
- The use of diaphragmatic-cost breathing: this breathing helps to hold more comfortably arms from the back (ideal for a more comfortable woman embrace).
- Abdominal strengthening, necessary to have control of the legs movements and turns.
- Mobility of the column: bends, stretches, spirals.
- Leg movements: on the ground, in the air. Different designes.
- Coordination with music: to move listening to the music. Musical phrases. We will use tango to experience how to dance this music in a different way.


DO NOT FORGET TO BRING COMFORTABLE CLOTHES, AND SOCKS ( we train without shoes)

ABOUT CONTEMPORARY DANCE - PILATES

Contemporary dance is the name used to talk about different techniques develped in different parts of the world since the early twentieth century. These techniques were created for professional dancers to have their bodies more available and ready to dance and express themselves in different styles.

Pilates is a training method developed in the second part of the twentieth century. In there there is a coordination of every move with the breath. The result is mostly a strengthens in the muscles of the center of the body (abdomen, hips and back).

BEGINNERS LEVEL 2 TANGO COURSE at LA T MILONGA in Malmö starting on tuesday 10th march!

BEGINNERS LEVEL 2, INTENSIVE TANGO COURSE

- You who already have participated of any Beginners Course at La T or any other tango school
- You who want to repeat the basics of tango
- You, the follower who wants to learn leader role

- You, complete beginner ( you will get special assistance for reaching the course level quickly and easily)

Classes are held in Swedish, but english / spanish translation is available...
